|The focus of our team facilitation programs, as in all of our workplace conflict managment services, is on the provision of practical interventions versus personality insights. The practical inventions developed in these meetings focus on communication patterns and measurable interventions that can be immediately implemented with clear expectations of all involved persons, fostering continued trust building and accountability.
CFR facilitators are seasoned conflict resolution professionals that have effectively addressed a variety of workplace conflicts from a cross spectrum of industries, including: accounting firms, construction contractors, medical offices and hospitals, consulting organizations, federal agencies, financial organizations, and law firms.
We possess the ability to quickly connect with individuals from various backgrounds and skill levels; allowing us to identify and target the rudimentary causes of problematic workplace interactions and relationships. This ability to connect is vital to the success of our services. We are not there to determine industry “Best Practices”, but instead to assist participants in creating a process that works for them and meets the needs of their employer. The team members are seen as the experts in their job – the CFR facilitator is simply there to assist them in figuring out how they can effectively work together.
As always, we fully respect the confidentiality of the employer and participants. None of the information shared with CFR by the individual team members or other members of the client organization is disclosed, unless specific permission has been provided to the CFR facilitator for the purposes of the program.
We recognize that although the cost of conflict experienced by employers is significant, employers do not wish to compound the loss through 3rd party interventions. In an effort to mitigate these concerns, CFR prices its services in a straightforward manner with total costs quoted at proposal.
Cost for the proposed services is based on an estimated straight hourly rate. The services included in our pricing include necessary preparation, data gathering, data analysis, and report writing in addition to the onsite meeting. Typically, there are no charges for travel or materials.
