I have over 20 years experience in the behavioral health field: resolving interpersonal conflicts in among both individuals and groups. As a team building facilitator, I quickly engage with employees to remove any personal hesitation to participate and maximize program benefits. All exercises are structured to enable employees to develop their skills in a safe and non-competitive environment. Facilitating employee trainings is something that I truly enjoy. I want every employee to leave to the team building program with tools they can use immediately to improve productivity as well as relationships as a whole.
