We offer mediation and dispute resolution services for all types of conflicts including divorce and family issues, civil, and workplace conflicts.

Resolving disputes through CFR allows those in conflict to see the whole picture before agreeing to the terms of the resolution – terms they create together with the assistance of the mediator. Everyone involved in the mediation has an equal voice in the process and control over the agreements reached.

We assist you in focusing on the shared interests involved – moving past the emotion that perpetuates the conflict are discord.

The decisions made are those that both parties agree to. Our mediators and staff believe that our role is not to advise or direct our clients toward an outcome. Those directly involved in the conflict are the experts in what is going to be an effective resolution, as they are the ones that have to implement and live with the results.

We want to make the process of resolving your dispute as effortless as possible.
